This week's photo came from Jessica at Pics 'n Giggles. She wrote: This is a photo of my daughter and I just love the expression on her face! I was so lucky to catch this shot. The background clutter probably bothers me the most. Also, her face is washed out on one side while the other is in the shadow. The colors are also very gray and cool.Here is the original shot:

For the above, I first lightened the right side of the face using Camera Raw. Then, I got rid of the staircase in the background first by using cloning, then I used an action from MCP Bag of Tricks to make the background black to replicate a studio shot. I worked on the eyes using Sesame Ellis' action and corrected the skin tone CMYK reference to get rid of that blue.With that basic fix, I just had a play around - here is Lily Blue's Berry action:
